Surgery Nurse Manager

Job Description Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and expanding non-profit community based healhtcare system in the Metro Charlotte, North Carolia region. The Surgery/Operating Room Nurse Manager will be responsible for the daily operatoins of 14 Operating Rooms and 3 Procedure Rooms averaging 18,000 - 20,000 cases annually.

The position is supported by two Assistant Managers and a staff of 120 FTE's. Reporting to a Director of Surgical Services. Qualified candidates must have a current NC Nursing License, must be Bachelor's prepared, and have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience in perioperative services and a minimum of three years progressive leadership expereince in an acute care Perioperative setting of similar size and volume.

In addition, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability of holding staff accountable to quality and metric standards. Company Description Continuum Medical Staffing is a boutique national staffing firm with a big purpose.
