Our greatest asset has been, and will continue to be, our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Surface & Downhole Specialist in our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM), Delaware Basin Business Unit based in Mentone, TX.
The Surface Specialist will help provide support to our Texas Delaware flow back operations. The successful individual will help lead month safety meetings, vendor engagements, and ensuring safe flow back activities in the Texas Delaware assets.

Demonstrated ability to align Permian Resource strategy with corporate strategies and goals
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other teams or departments
Excellent interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of downhole processes and equipment
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated initiative to assist other teams and team leaders in better utilizing best practices, resources, and alliances across the Company
Strong, proven analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Minimum High School diploma plus 10 years of surface or down hole experience.
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Professional/Technical Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications:
Well Control Certified (Preferred).
Incident commander certification.
