Responsible for the followingduties at Bally's and Caesars Atlantic City: Conducting frequent inspectionsof all Casino areas in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Determine times for heavy cleaning inPublic and Casino Areas, and assign special projects and follow up oncompletion of same. Assists and is fully responsible for all public areas inthe absence of the Shift Manager. Directs maintenance program to ensure clean and attractive public areacasino/hotel environment.
Must becognizant of the rules and regulations contained in the Local 54 contract inorder that disciplinary matters may be handled correctly. Establishes standards and procedures forensuring cleaning needs and adequate services. Responsible for the training,supervision and development of the entire staff for all shift related dutiesand responsibilities.
Responsible for compliance with all regulatoryrequirements within area of responsibility. Must have Security escort when accessing restricted areas. Assists with the inventory of all Public Housekeepingstock. Completes special assignmentsfor upper management as requested.
High School Diploma orequivalent preferred. 1-3 yearsexperience in related field and/or managing a business division or section ofcomparable structure required. Goodcommunication skills, organizational ability and judgment.
