En tant qu'entreprise 24/7/365, nous exigeons de la flexibilit de nos agents. Les quarts de travail durent jusqu' 8,5 heures avec des heures de dbut et de fin variant d'un jour l'autre.

En tant qu'Agent de services distance, vous allez

  • Exploiter vos aptitudes phnomnales en matire de service la clientle pour accueillir le client, dterminer ses besoins et faire des recommandations

  • Faciliter l'offre de solutions compltes en matire de rparation de produits, de dpannage, de mise niveau, d'installation et d'autres services par l'entremise d'un portail en ligne et d'un logiciel d'accs distance

  • Indiquer au client comment utiliser ses produits de faon optimale

  • Cibler et recommander des solutions supplmentaires au client

  • Maintenir un degr minimal d'ICR. C'est la faon de mieux servir nos clients

  • Effectuer des formations au besoin pour amliorer continuellement l'exprience des clients

  • Vous amuser tout en tant le meilleur : vous croyez que la positivit encourage la productivit et que le travail doit tre stimulant

Vous avez dj

  • Prfrablement au moins une anne d'exprience en dpannage et rparation d'ordinateur ou de rseau

  • Une anne ou plus de soutien aux clients, par tlphone ou par clavardage

  • Exprience en dpannage et/ou en rparation des appareils des clients

  • Certification A+ (non requise, mais un atout)

  • Exprience en service la clientle et en vente au dtail d'lectronique grand public, ou l'quivalent

  • La matrise du franais, tant l'oral qu' l'crit; Matrise de l'anglais, tant l'oral qu' l'crit est un atout;

  • Diplme d'tudes secondaires ou quivalent

VIEW JOBS 4/23/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-07-22T00:00 Position Summary The Administrative Support Senior Specialist, under the direction of the Chief Nursing Informatics Officer (CNIO), will be dedicated to provide administrative support to the multiple executive and director staff. The Administrative Assistant will work within multiple departments at multiple locations within Information Technology to support and enhance day-to-day activities. The Department of Clinical Transformation is within the Division of Information Technology and leads the clinical development of Stony Brook University Hospital's clinical information systems. The Administrative Assistant will also participate in other projects related to the department. Duties of the Administrative Support Senior Specialist may include the following but are not limited to: * Supports 5 IT leaders including 3 Cheifs and 2 Directors * Assists the Chief Nursing Informatics and directors on team budget development, as required - Monitors the departmental budget on a weekly to monthly basis * Assists and develops presentations * Prepares meetings by coordinating agenda items with team members for the CNIO and team * Records meeting minutes as needed for the CNIO * Maintains organized filing system both hard copy and electronic * Coordinates travel arrangements, prepares travel vouchers, follow-up and reimbursement for the CNIO and directors on team, as necessary * Arranges conferences and meeting times; including booking rooms, assemble and coordinate background materials for meetings and conferences * Coordinate and process the development of personnel packages for recruitment and hiring of Clinical Transformation employees and maintain tracking of resignations, new hires and filled positions * Manage staff recruiting process including: facilitation with Talenet Acquisition, administration of Taleo and Hand Shake (West Campus), interview template management, scheduling process for interview and talent assessment for the addition leaders this position supports * Prepares reports using statistical and narrative information - This may require the use of excel or access database - May analyze information and make recommendations * Develops databases and utilizes them to manage information for the CNIO and others as needed * Assists with front desk coverage as needed * Maintain records and process purchase requisitions for both supplies and equipment, and encumber/transfer funds to purchase needed items * Supports and works in multiple COVID-19 vaccine PODs performing patient registration, validation, and NYIIS vaccine data entry * Adapts to multiple administrative roles - filling in for additional SBMIT management administrators whenever needed * Develop and review departmental presentations including IT All Hands, Governing Board, and Governance meetings * Interfaces and coordinates with Facilities in reference to environmental and physical office build changes including: physical construction and office layout/changes * Adheres to mission and values of Stony Brook University Hospital * Maintains an atmosphere of courtesy and respect * Works collaboratively with, other assistants, staff, department management, physicians and executives * Demonstrates a desire for continued growth by participation in educational programs * Will support multiple Chiefs and multiple Directors * Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required. Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume) Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience with coordination of travel expenses. Previous experience in handling highly sensitive information. Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, be self-directed and show initiative and enthusiasm. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an administrative role supporting an Executive. Previous experience working for a state institution. Previous hospital/medical/healthcare setting experience. Previous experience working with an IT department. Previous supervisory experience. Experience working with Handshake and/or Taleo.
