Must have 5+ years of Help Desk Support experience
Must have experience providing support in a remote and on-site environment
MCSA, CCNA, Security+ or Network+ certificates are not required but preferred
Must have excellent experience working with users and solving complex problems
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
