This position is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and upgrading both end-user equipment (RF scanners, desktops PCs, phones, label printers, and battery carts) and computer room equipment including servers and networking gear. Perform break/fix resolution. Resolve WMS issues for associates and when necessary open incident reports with the IT Service. Assist the Systems Administrator in the resolution of incidents and with project work. Assist new end-users in understanding how to use an RF scanner and help with questions regarding the Warehouse Management System. Additional duties as assigned by the Sr. Director
Troubleshoot equipment-related and WMS and WCS problems, analyze potential solutions, and implement a solution that best fixes problems.
Perform technical work in the installation of new and existing IT hardware and software.
Maintain RF scanner inventory and perform trouble-shooting on RF scanners submitted for repair. If scanner requires maintenance by outside company promptly complete Repair RA and ship scanner(s) out for repair. Track turnaround time.
Train / assist end-users in the use of equipment and WMS software.
Perform other duties as required.

Education: Associates Degree
Experience: 1-2 years
Warehouse management systems and RF scanning equipment.
