Job Title

Support Specialist, LPD

Job Description

To support the Executive Consultant and LPD (Leadership and Professional Development) overall with client proposals as well as upkeep Salesforce contacts. This position will coordinate with Facilitators to make sure all materials (PowerPoint, Workbooks) are updated for specific workshops. To help with any marketing pieces for the Executive Consultant and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Support/Contracting for new business:

  • Assist with proposal generation and formatting

  • Updating salesforce.com, generating sales reports

Content and fulfillment oversight:

  • Tailoring program materials (participant handouts and PPTs)

Training/Seminar/Facilitation coordination:

  • Manage storage and repository of existing IP/content

  • Summarizing workshop outputs (such as participant-generated flipcharts)

Survey Administration(360, Social Styles, Employee Engagement, DISC):

  • DISC survey administration through InScape platform

Marketing Support

  • Update, format and distribute sales collateral
  • GE HR Alumni Network 2019 Conference

Administrative support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School

  • 7+ Years' Office Administration experience

  • Experience with proposal and agreement preparation; workshop PowerPoint and Workbook preparation

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and Publisher

  • Must have strong attention to detail skill, impact/critical thinking, and initiative
