Avera is seeking a Support Services Supervisor!!

Job Summary

Leads the day to day operations of the dietary, laundry and housekeeping department and employees. Ensures that all standards and regulations concerning dietary services are met and maintained which includes quality dietary program for patients.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsibilities include developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years related experience and/or training in food service management required.

Certification, Licensure, and/or Registrations

• Serve Safe Certificate, Certified Dietary Manager Certificate must be obtained within 18 months of employment.

Work Schedule

• 80 hours per 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
