What You'll Do:

We are currently seeking a Support Administration Float Specialist to join our Credit Union. This position is one part administrative and one-part internal member service. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring attention to detail, research, adaptability, teamwork, and professionalism. As a Support Administration Float Specialist at Nusenda:

  • You will provide assistance and serve as back-up to Support Service Departments on an as needed basis. Temporary assignments will be based on unforeseen or scheduled situations such as maternity leave, manual project work, increased work volumes/promotional/seasonality, PTO and unexpected events. Areas of coverage may include but are not limited to: Deposit Services, Card Services, Records/Scanning, Home Equity processing, MVD processing, Insurance processing, Quality Assurance, Indirect Lending, and Call Center.

  • You will provide assistance to Service Delivery staff on loan/account corrections/modifications, guidance with product and services questions. You will review miscellaneous reports, loan modifications and corrections, MSP contacts and mail.

What You'll Need:

  • Three to five years of similar or related financial institution and lending experience.

  • Equivalent to a high school education.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.

  • Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems affiliated with the department.
