Support Services Cost Analyst

The Cost Analyst partners with leaders in Support Services to provide financial oversite, including budgeting cost, forecasting spends, developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and creating reporting to measure performance against targets and improve decision making for the business.

As a Support Services Cost Analyst, you will also:

• Maintain equipment tracking and reporting of related cost metrics.

• Maintain annual budget in collaboration with Sr Cost Analyst for assigned areas.

• Update financial models to support and improve the business processes as needed.

• Proactively monitor and analyze the accuracy of inventory transactions and make corrections as needed.

• Prepare monthly budget to actual performance reports. Review account activity to identify exceptions and resolve as needed.

• Update budgets/forecasts in applicable systems.

• Develop and maintain cycle count process for Service Inventory organization.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish KPI's and develop reporting to track performance against established benchmarks.

• Be responsible for new report and system update testing process.

• Create ad hoc reports and perform analysis to assist business through developing business cases to support upcoming initiatives as needed.

This role could be filled at multiple levels (Associate, Analyst, Sr. Analyst) depending on education and years of experience.
