Under the supervision of the nursing supervisor, administers necessary medical care to associates and others as required or assigned within the scope of nursing practice. Completes physical assessment sheet and reviews medical history.

Records work related issues and report OSHA recordable and workers' compensation cases to the nursing supervisor. Assists with medical cost management.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Administers medical care for work or non-work related injury or illness by giving first aid treatment, following appropriate algorithm, or other medical directive or accepted nursing standards and sends to physician or health care facility as appropriate. Documents information.

Enters data into HR/Payroll database and OHM (Occupational Health Management) systems. Completes necessary forms and informs nursing supervisor.

Performs physicals after reviewing history information with associate. Completes information on physical form and other forms as appropriate.

Completes termination files. Assists with drug screens, TB skin testing, wellness programs, etc., as assigned by nursing supervisor.

Assists with medical cost management by early intervention in care of associates with constant follow up. Orders medical supplies as needed.

Assists with administration of medical LOAs under direction of Nurse/ Wellness Center Supervisor to reduce time away from work. Processes physician's notes appropriately.

Assists staff with systems for health improvement of associates at the facility, i.e., participation in and support with HIP.

Minimum Education

Successful completion of an approved practical nursing program or college program or Associates degree in a related field.

Experience Requirements
2 - 4 years related work experience. Current LPN license in state of practice. Current certificaton in CPR in good standing. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Preferred

Phlebotomy skills.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.

May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db.

May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.

Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company. May need to climb ladders.

Leidos is the Product Support Management and Logistics Lead for an unmanned aerial intelligence platform located in various CONUS and OCONUS operational areas and depots. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T) program. Primary Responsibilities The Assistant Product Support Analyst is responsible for developing reports/CDRL's and analyzing performance based logistics metrics under direct supervision of the Products Support Analyst. Key metrics and reports must be actionable to improve reliability, supportability, availability, and sustainment engineering for the PSS-T Program. The following programs/reports are key examples: * Sustainment Engineering (FMECA, FRACAS reporting/analysis plan) * Availability Metrics, Operational Availability (Ao), MTBF, MTBOMF, MICAP, stock availability. * Reliability Metrics: MTBF, MTTR, MDT, Logistics Response Time, Turn-around time. * Work with Tobyhanna Army Depot and Technical SME's to update Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) in PowerLog J and report through LMP as the result of an ECP or realized shortcoming on current provisioning data. * Assist with updating Technical Data Packages as a result of updated PTD. * Analyze repair data for trends / root cause analysis, and work with technical SME's to refine preventive maintenance as determined necessary. * Responsible for maintaining health of DMSMS strategy and developing health analysis report. * Assist with developing slides for Product Support Management IPT, head PSM IPT when Program Manager is unavailable. Basic Qualifications * High School diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of warehouse or logistics experience * Skilled with Supply Chain Management * Familiar with Army transportation and transfer documentation * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Must maintain a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications * Associates degree * Four (4) or more years of Logistics Experience * Army logistics experience, familiar with policy and resources used by Army logistics. * Prior experience and demonstrated proficiency with asset management and maintenance tracking database software.
