Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities.
1.Extensive knowledge of Support Equipment:
relationship of support equipment to other COMNAVAIR 4790.2 NAMP programs (SEPMS, Tool Control, & IMMRL)
conducted courtesy audits on related programs & offered recommendations for corrective actions
2.Understanding of the Aviation Maintenance Material Readiness List/Individual Maintenance Material Readiness List (AMMRL/IMMRL)
3.Understanding of the Support Equipment Management System (SEMS)
ability to efficiently navigate through Support Equipment Resource Management Information System (SERMIS) website
Provide support to APML on allowance, inventory, and procurement topics
Monitor and track SE/Test Sets status
Assist HMX-1 IMRL Manager
4.Understanding of the Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) process and providing the required data inputs to Lakehurst
5.Understanding of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process
Understanding of NA 00-25-300 Manual
5.Draft Statement of Works/Performance Work Statements for support equipment projects
6.Participate in special projects as required
Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
At least six years of experience in operational logistics support/maintenance engineering, or Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) plus three years of recent experience in acquisition logistics/maintenance engineering. Three years' experience in technical analysis of operational ILS requirements. Three years of specific experience in operational logistics planning.
