Have you had the interest in being a technical expert? The thought of knowing software engineering, but still love being in the presence of the people? This is an opportunity where you'll be able to be a subject matter expert in helping integrate the software on the client's end.

We are looking for a Support Engineer that will help clarify and troubleshoot the disconnect with client's API integration on a web interface or application basis. It'll be an opportunity where you'll be able to utilize the problem solving skills and find the most methodical solutions.

Support Engineer Tier II

Palo Alto, CA

FTE, Direct-Hire


  • Support the clients that has implemented our API software by providing technical consulting and troubleshoot any issues

  • Provide solutions with problem solving skills in variety of environments where it includes HTML, Javascript, CSS, and server-side issues

  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues regarding websites and mobile apps

  • Work with other developers to provide guidance via phone and email


  • 3+ years of experience in web development with skills such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, REST, JSON, SQL, etc?

  • 1+ years of client facing support experience and experience in providing technical expertise

  • Understanding of API and database software
