Support the clients that has implemented our API software by providing technical consulting and troubleshoot any issues
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues regarding websites and mobile apps
Work with other developers to provide guidance via phone and email
1+ years of client facing support experience and experience in providing technical expertise
Understanding of API and database software
