Overview:
SRI is seeking resources to support the US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) by providing Military Human Resources Support (MHRS) support, commonly referred to as "Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR)," to all supported and tenant units at multiple installations. This support includes services such as Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) operations, Soldier Readiness, Strength Management, Separations, Retirement Services, Reassignment Processing, Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations, In/Out Processing, Military Personnel File Maintenance, Military Orders, Sponsorship Management, and other MHRS services, along with associated Information Technology (IT) support for these tasks. This applies to all active duty Soldiers and select US Army Reserve (USAR) and US Army National Guard (USARNG), Students, and Trainees on the installation. High quality, timely, and efficient MHRS shall be provided to all eligible Soldiers, trainees, Retirees, and Family members. This mission also includes Identification (ID) card services for contractors and civilian employees. Actions processed shall be accurate and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Human Resource (HR) Solutions Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).

Job Description:

Performs annual Military Personnel File (MPF) records review.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports annual records reviews by uploading and verifying receipt of Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) that support pay entitlements into the Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS), which is an integrated imaging system and powerful database that provides electronic personnel records storage, retrieval, and transfer capabilities, and enhances both mobilization and personnel readiness.

Security Requirements

Must be able to pass Government background check to allow access to government systems to include National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).

Minimum Required Skills, Education, and Experience & Abilities:

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience with PSDR related activities preferred

  • Proficient in computer skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience in the Army Human Resources Command or Army IMCOM Family and Morale, Recreation and Welfare programs preferred

  • Understanding of military environment preferred

  • Military senior non-commissioned officer a plus

From the homes of U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command to the highways of suburban Virginia, ASO experts and professionals work behind the scenes to ensure smooth and continuous operations. This position compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production. May perform any combination of the following duties: compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures and using different word processing techniques. This Clerk calculates such factors as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using a computer, calculator, and/or spreadsheets. Additional tasks include: writing production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats, maintaining files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products. This Clerk prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities, compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies charts production using chart, graph, or pegboard based on statistics compiled for reference by production and management personnel. This Clerk also sorts and distributes work tickets or material and may compute wages from employee time cards and post wage data on records used for preparation of payroll. Responsibilities: * Performs duties in accordance with GCSS-A operating instructions. Opening and closing work orders, ordering parts, dispatching of equipment. * Assists the Production Control Supervisor in establishing production schedules based on known requirements and other liaison services as required. * Provides information relative to progress and completion of work. * Advises on scheduling and priority control. * Recommends overtime when necessary, based on backlog of work centers. * Participates in evaluation of branch performance and assists in preparation of maintenance reports and statistical performance data. * Coordinates with shop supply to ensure adequate repair parts and supplies to support maintenance requirements. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Material and Equipment Used: Office Automation; GCSS-A (level of access determined by production control supervisor and GCSS-A system administrator). Requires access to FINLOG Working Environment and Physical Activities: Work is generally conducted in a shop environment. Work may require lifting up to 50 lbs; stooping; climbing; prolonged standing; prolonged sitting. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required is certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published Company work rules. Steel Toes are required Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of Experience: Two years military or civilian experience in production control functions, experience with GCSS-A platform preferred. Must possess and continuously maintain a current State of Colorado Driver's License prior to start date or by 30 days after employment. Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a NACI. Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results.
