Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist with adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children and their parents.

• Assist with managing classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals.

• Provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development of each child.

• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.

Requirements:

• One year experience working with children.

• Participate in staff and training meetings.

• Commit to continuing education.
