The Support Associate is responsible for performing various functions that support the sales operations of the stores including, POS transactions, merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Receives, stores, and replenishes sales floor merchandise and stocks merchandise. May periodically work sales floor.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Performs various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments and counting money.
2.Maintains an awareness of customers to both increase service levels and reduce security risks; remains current on policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
3.Participates in pricing changes and mark-downs; presents merchandise according to pricing and visual standards and direction.
4.Greets and assists customers; responds to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner; resolves customer questions/concerns to their satisfaction. Resolve customer questions/concerns to their satisfaction; keeps abreast of guiding principles and POS system changes.
5.Processes freight ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
6.Ensures new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
7.Correctly enters all receiving documents into the computer system, reconciles merchandise invoices to items received as applicable. Accurately and timely completes store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
8.Ensures the visual packet materials, props and signage are received and processed in a timely manner, properly stores stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
9.Other duties as assigned/required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Must be 18 years of age or older
2.High school diploma or equivalent
3.Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
4.Excellent communication skills
5.Excellent customer service skills
6.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
7.Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
8.Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
9.Ability to demonstrate teamwork
10. Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
11. Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset; stand and maneuver around sales floor and stockroom; operate register; lift and carry 30 pounds; hang / fold merchandise; climb, reach, push / pull, and clean
12. Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Application Support Analyst handles all support requests, incidents, issues, tickets and business continuity activities, to ensure flawless and quality delivery of services to end users. This is a critical role requiring a highly dedicated individual who can take ownership and provide procedural and technical support to various teams and work in partnership with internal/external stakeholders. In addition to driving resolution of day-to-day issues, major incidents, and outages to resolution, the Application Support Analyst will work hand-in-hand with application development, infrastructure and implementation teams. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to multi task and can work independently and is a team performer. You should also have a proactive approach to identify problems before they happen and implement solutions that detect and prevent outage. The application support analysts will be pivotal as we transform to Agile/DevOps model , some of the areas of work will include automation, monitoring (alerting/logging), deployment and continuous integration working closely with our AD/Infrastructure partners. Responsibilities: * Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and Infrastructure teams, to prioritize and resolve and/or mitigate outages. * Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives. * Ensures information controls, back-up and recovery strategies are in place across all environments. * Implement continuous process improvement, including but not limited to policy, procedures, and production monitoring. * Help in identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies and optimize technical processing * Develop and maintain relationships with technical staff, end users and clients. * Carefully evaluate alternative risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution. * Demonstrate creativity, innovation and high performance. * 5+ years of hands-on Production Support/Engineering including experience with: * Managing UNIX/Linux/Aix environment. * Distributed applications (Oracle, SQL, SQL Server, UNIX, Linux, Java, Java servlets and JSP, Spring, Hibernate, SOAP, web services etc.) * UNIX shell, Perl, Python, Ruby or similar scripting languages. * Utilizing scheduler software such Control-M or Autosys * Middleware technologies: Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere and/or WebLogic. * Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills required. * Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and test execution. * Knowledge of Splunk, WILY, Geneos, Dynatrace is a plus. * Knowledge working in Scrum/Kanban is a plus. * Experience supporting mission-critical platforms/applications desirably in financial services industry, * Ability to influence and drive change at senior levels * Excellent interpersonal, relationship and negotiating skills * Excellent problem management skills and relentless drive for root cause and execute measures to reduce repeat occurrence. * Able to multi task in a high pace environment and drive efficiencies to change the bank.
