Support Agreement Sales Analyst
North American (NAM) Service Agreement Sales Team
You will work within a team selling Grass Valley GVCare Service Agreements (SA). This is a commissioned position with a shared team quota. This inside sales analyst position will be selling support agreement renewals. You will start with customer data then work directly with customers to deliver proposals. You will follow up on these, doing revisions and pressing customers for timely closes (wins) and recording into a CRM system. Other duties as assigned.
Build strong customer relationships, actively listens to understand expectations, anticipate needs, and deliver professional on-time correspondence
Maintaining Excel based sales tools
Develop customer quotes/proposals
Maintain and regularly update SFDC opportunity tracking
Interface with internal group such as regional sales people, accounts receivable and customer support to resolve customer issues and drive sales
Execute and interpret reports to reveal SA sales opportunities
Required Skills and Experience
Skills & Competencies
Inside Sales experience
Microsoft office suite with advanced skills in Excel (required) including macros
Telephone and team communication skills (both speaking and listening)
Professional written communication skills that reinforces Grass Valley's brand/reputation
Working knowledge of CRM systems. Salesforce.com is a strong plus
Working knowledge of ERP systems. SAP is a strong plus.
Ability to be resourceful, build rapport, influence and collaborate with internal departments
Must be detail oriented and quality driven with the ability to multi-task throughout the day
Must be able to maintain very professional customer interactions at all times
Full-time, permanent hourly. Some overtime may be required during peak times.
