Under the direction of the IT Manager, the Support Administrator will provide technical and troubleshooting support to employees in need of assistance with their computer hardware or software.

Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)
PC hardware installation & troubleshooting
Desktop software installation and troubleshooting for local and remote users
Provide Desktop support and problem solving to end-users
Tracking of hardware and software additions/changes
Create / Update FAQs and other technical documentation
Participate in creation and editing of IT Support Standard Operating Procedures
Provide escalation support for Helpdesk Technicians

Knowledge, Skills & Ability (Specify Required & Desired)

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Collaboration and Teamwork oriented
Flexible and able switch to different tasks as required
Knowledge, experience and Continuous Learning (as required) of the following: Windows Desktop OS (setup, diagnostics, and common problem resolution) Local Area Networking MS Office Applications PC and printer hardware Experience with MS Windows Active Directory and MS Exchange user administration

(Minimum Education & Years Experience required)
High School Diploma
2-4 years direct technical experience
2+ years experience troubleshooting and supporting PC / Mac
Microsoft and / or Cisco certifications (desirable)

Working Conditions (The environment in which the job is performed, outside a normal office environment)
Must be able to sit at computer for extended amounts of time.
Must be able to lift/move demo equipment (up to 250lbs) and 50 lbs unassisted

The Position: * Createfunctional campaigns at the direction of internal clients within marketingautomation and project manage to meet key deliverable timelines. * Deliverall campaigns with a focus on scalable and repeatable operational processes toimprove the efficiency of demand generating programs * Deliverand support customization of the marketing automation platform includingbusiness rules, scoring, multi-touch nurture, profiling, segmentation,workflows and reporting * Createor acquire assets for use in campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, segments,etc) * Serve as technical support for all marketing automation andcampaign issues * Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscriptionmanagement and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations * Understand the datastructures with for data integration; work with Salesforceadministrators to coordinate integration with CRM; work with marketingplatforms to troubleshoot issues and provide team support. * Maintain awareness ofMarketo release and patch schedules, align them with internal releaseschedules, and provide guidance on utilization of new campaign features whereapplicable. * Build testing frameworks (split testing,deliverability and tracking) for continuous optimization of engagement andconversion rates. Ensure adaptivelearning from past campaigns to guide future marketing campaigns * Ensureadaptive learning from past campaigns to guide future marketing campaigns In this role, you'll also develop valuable leadership and project management skills. Because you will support all areas of the business - you'll expand your network, while learning a range of skills and mastering the tools you'll need to grow within the organization. Qualifications / Requirements: * 1 years of experience as a Marketoadministrator (or other comparable Marketing Automation platform - certification preferred * Working knowledge of CRM / Automation tools * Solid knowledge of lead generation, campaigndelivery, and conversion rate optimization best practices that drive leadconversion and customer retention paired with functional knowledge of implementationbest practices. * Strong data analytics experience with abilityto create, analyze and provide insights from reporting in Salesforce andMarketo or similar platforms. Knowledge of Google Analytics and general webtracking best practices desirable. * Advanced Knowledge of online form data capture,HTML and CSS.
