Ikunprovides a full range of technical system planning, logistical and management services in support of national, state and local agency disaster relief efforts. Essential functions include providing operations, maintenance and upgrades for emergency deployable communication systems in support of national emergencies and exercises for major events. Additional capabilities include engineering, design, integration, testing, training, delivery, maintenance and coordination of services to first response missions for state and local relief


The individual is responsible for performing a myriadsupplytasks to ensure theaccountabilityof all client equipment assigned at each site. The individual must have demonstrated the ability to successfully manage an operation of the scope and complexity of a client InstallationPropertyBook or other equivalent tactical

PropertyBook supporting a Battalion or higher organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The individual may deploy to support contingency and overseas locations.

  • The individual is alsoaccountablefor all aspects of quality control, productivity, and on-time completion of their assignments.

  • The individual will also support the client in efforts to develop tactics for increasing operation efficiencies through service-level improvements and look for ways to reduce operational costs wherever possible.

  • The individual will be responsible for meeting all required deadlines. In addition, the individual will also have specific customer accounts assigned to them and be answerable directly to a government-assignedAccountablePropertyOfficer in meeting individually assigned tasks.

  • They will be expected to support otherpropertyaccountabilitytasks as assigned by the client and/or the contract Program Manager.

  • The individual selected to fill this position must be self-motivated, flexible to changing requirements, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a strong sense of personal responsibility.

  • They will adhere to strict safety rules of operation and ensure they will be equipped each day with standard personal protective equipment (e.g., steel-toed boots; etc.). Because the individual will operate between warehouse industrial environments and office environments, the individual must be in good physical condition (capable of repeated bending, kneeling, and squatting; and capable of lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted and occasionally heavier) and be equipped each day with standard personal protective equipment.

  • As a part of continued employment individual must be certified annually on materiel-handling equipment (MHE) at employers site and be licensed to operate all GSA vehicles assigned to the site, when applicable.



  • Candidate must be a citizen of the United States of America

  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and be able to maintain it.

  • Must have ten years of related work experience and a high school diploma or five years of related work experience and a relevant college/university associates degree.

  • Must have at least two years of the related experience at a level equal to this position description in an activity involved inpropertyaccounting, financial reporting, and management of losses associated withpropertybook accounting and Capital assets.

  • Must possess general knowledge of the Federal/DoDSupplySystem and MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP procedures.

  • Must be a expert knowledge ofpropertyaccounting requirement as outlined in DoD 5000.64, DefensePropertyAccountability, and DoD 7000.14-R, Financial Management Regulation, to include how to account for lost, damage and destroyedproperty.

  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.

  • Travel may be required occasionally

The contractor shall demonstrate experience with assisting in a variety of administrative matters/shipping and receiving, maintaining a wide variety of records stored both manually and electronically, inventory processes, verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information/and handling customer service issues. Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities: * Receiving, stocking and completing requests for medical and office supplies * Receiving, registering and sending out folder and tabs to the post overseas via pouch * Filling Metastorm requests for office and medical supplies within 2 days of receipt. * Ensures that the vaccines are inventoried weekly and prepares the necessary par level forms * Ensures that warehouse is neat and clean at all times * Recommends to FTE items that are short dated, or in short supply and need replenishing * Ensures that expiration dates are within an acceptable level for items to be delivered to clinics * Works to reconcile any discrepancies with orders. * Responding to email requests for assistance. * Ensures that weekly deliveries for pharmacy items and vaccines are made to each clinic in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area (pulls the orders, writes up receiving tickets, arranges for transportation, etc). * Assists with any emergency requests for medical supplies as needed. * Assists with setting up, assembling, and/or taking down tables, chairs, podiums, etc. needed for functions within the office * Directs the work of the laborers in office moves, setups, shipping, rearranging the supply cage, warehouse, excess, inventory, etc. * Communicating with customers and vendors via text, or telephone to assist with order requests and requirements. * Assists with Annual Inventory Reconciliation by scanning and uploading assets into the system. Locating any missing items and reconciling location discrepancies. * Assists with Asset Management – assists with tagging and entering into ILMS any new equipment, also selects items identified for excess in ILMS and sending to PMO for approval, handles all items for excess (entering data into ILMS, arranging for excess to be picked up, arranging for items that need to be transferred to other agencies once they have been in the catalog for the prescribed period of time) * Serves as backup to the mail clerk during times of absence. * Burn Bag Pick-Up * Copier Management Program * Frig Temp Check * Mail delivery and pick up, to include (UPS/FEDEX/Courier) * Office and Telephone Coverage * Reports items of concern, when necessary to the facilities management office (lights out, too hot, too cold issues, etc).
