This part-time position performs essential Supply Chain functions and has demonstrated mastery of Supply Tech I competencies. Primary focus is on replenishing supply closets (PARs) and ordering supplies for clinical departments. Uses the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to properly order supplies, print labels, maintain PARs, replenish specialty carts and respond to stat requests.


Ordering and PAR Maintenance

  • Responsible for accurate and timely PAR counts

  • Creates accurate counts and reports irregularities - i.e. increased or decreased usage.

  • Identifies and implements PAR efficiencies - i.e. quantities, organization, additions, deletions

  • Documents supply requests and communicates to Inventory Control / Management

Specialty Supplies

  • Replenishes crash carts and other specialty carts maintained by supply chain

  • Inspects and processes carts appropriately

  • Prioritizes carts appropriately and communicates problems


  • Checks in and puts away inventory

  • Responsible for accurately documenting credits items back into inventory

  • Uses system resources to locate products on PARs (IC82)

  • Identifies Out Of Stocks (OOS) items to the attention of Inventory Control / Management


Education: High school diploma or equilivant required

Experience: 2 or more years in healthcare or inventory experience preferred

License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Customer/Patient Focused, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Task Focused, and Attention to Detail required. Problem-solving, Computer Acumen, Organizational Skills, and Medical Product Familiarity preferred.

Qualifications In this role, you will: * NACI or Secret Clearance-(Ability to obtain/transfer/maintain clearance) * Have 3+ years of related experience and a Bachelors Degree * Experience in DOTMLPF-P framework * Have knowledge of R programming language and RStudio integrated development environment to create well documented scripts in R programming language to process and create reports * Have knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) * Have the ability to create/maintain interfaces with the purpose of tracking equipment and streamlining the Army's shipping process using the following systems: Integrated Booking System (IBS), Global Freight Management (GFM), Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS), Distribution Standard System (DSS), and Financial Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS); Electronic Transportation Acquisition (ETA) systems: Business Support and Container Management (BSCM), SDDC C4 Systems (ISDDC); Billing systems: Syncada, Transportation Financial Management System (TFMS). Integrated Data Environment (IDE)/Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC).
