Job Description:

The Supply Specialist supports the Sr. Manager, Supply Strategy with executing daily management of supply curation across Amnet US' client teams, including communicating and negotiating deals with supply partners, and pulling and analyzing data from DSPs and SSPs. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can operate independently. You will employ and define state-of-the-art techniques in online advertising through a deep understanding of digital technologies and a passion for creative problem solving grounded in data. You will include on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, technology partnerships, analysis, and communications. You will focus on engaging in activities and taking on responsibilities designed to promote their industry knowledge.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage daily supplier inquiries across the US organization

  • Manage partner communication and deliverables including pulling reporting, tracking changes to offerings, and keeping our teams updated with industry updates

  • Help compile important deliverables from DSP and SSP reports including reporting and analysis, insights, and visualization

  • Negotiate and set-up private marketplaces for use across US campaign management teams

  • Troubleshoot inventory set up and targeting issues with client teams

  • Work with our client teams to understand their needs and strategy to learn to build insights to cultivate long-terms supply strategies from client's business objections

  • Develop presentation and communication skills

  • Partner with internal and external supply representatives within Dentsu Aegis Network to improve Amnet's general market position in the supply arena

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years of experience in online advertising either in yield optimization at a leading online ad network, ad exchange, agency, DSP (demand-side platform or agency trading desk) or programmatic buyers

  • Experience with DV360, AppNexus and The Trade Desk preferred

  • organize and manage detail work, and work independently and balance multiple tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communications

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking skill

  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills

Proficient working with business applications; MS Office Suite

In this role, your keen eye and management ability will keep warehouse functions running smoothly. You will oversee the shipping, storage, and supply of Army National Guard equipment. This includes receiving, inspecting, invoicing, storing, and delivering supplies. You will: ensure that all documents are prepared and organized; maintain automated systems; secure and control weapons and ammunition; and schedule and provide maintenance for weapons. Job Duties * Issue and receive small arms. In the Army National Guard, you will learn these valuable job skills while earning a regular paycheck and qualifying for tuition assistance. Job training requires 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you learn basic Soldiering skills. Then you will attend eight weeks Advanced Individual Training (AIT), which consists of six weeks of additional training. Part of this time is spent in a classroom and part in the field under simulated combat conditions.
