Integrity One Technology's Supply Coordinator provides operational support to sales personnel, is responsible for processing orders for Integrity One Technology sales, and acts as liaison between Sales and other departments. This position provides excellent customer service and ensures that customers receive correct supply orders as well as accurate invoices.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture

  • Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors

  • Conducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with IOT's code of conduct

  • Compliance checks paperwork submitted by Sales

  • Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time

  • Updates inventory records

  • Notifies Logistics of customer requests

  • Validates order information

  • Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved

  • Inventory control performing cycle counts to maintain an accurate inventory.

  • Maintains daily metrics for accuracy/packages shipped

  • Works closely with vendors to get customers' orders filled timely for items not stocked locally

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or GED required; plus two to three years of office experience desired.

  • Strong PC skills and aptitude is required, specifically Microsoft programs Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail and follow through on problems and projects.

  • Accurate typing and data entry skills.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve.

  • Strong customer service skills and capable of working with and assisting sales and logistics personnel.

  • Ability to perform accurately under stressful, time-sensitive situations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Physical demands: Minimum physical effort required. Work is mostly on feet but does require sitting, hearing, speaking, finger dexterity, repetitive motions and visual acuity; regular application of basic skills (keyboard, eye/hand coordination)
  • Mental demands: Problem-solving, verbal communication, customer contact, detailed work, multi-tasking, mental acuity

POSITION PURPOSE Leads team and manages all aspects of Supply Chain in supporting heavy maintenance events and ensure delivery of work completion, vendor performance, and cost reduction objectives are achieved. Ensures required materials and services are obtained and delivered on schedule and at the lowest total cost. + Ensures requirements are communicated, understood and executed throughout the Supply Chain organization including Material Planning, Purchasing, Repair & Warranty and Material Services to guarantee sources of supply. + Monitors and validates requests based on MPD, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and non-routine requirements. + Audits invoices from Heavy Check vendors for accuracy specific to Supply Chain and related agreement. Administers supplier invoice approval processes to ensure material is provided at the lowest overall cost including factors such as acquisition cost, inventory allocations, backshop / MRO support, contract compliance, and logistics. + Analyzes invoices for errors, captures disputes and corrects invoice amounts. Verifies warranty for parts. + Proactively coordinates with the MRO provider to manage source of supply and to document those parts that are self-supplied vs. MRO provided based on lowest total cost for the organization and contractual terms on an ongoing basis. + Collaborates with Maintenance with proactive measures to continuously improve internal heavy check operations, including cost, service levels, and efficiency initiatives. + Coordinates and supports internal and external business reviews with analytics and improvement recommendations. + Fosters the Company’s core values and culture throughout the work environment. + Screens, interviews and makes recommendations for hiring potential employees. Coaches and provides leadership, direction, motivation and supervision of direct reports. Appraises performance, provides performance feedback, takes corrective actions and oversees training and development of staff. + Performs other duties as assigned.
