Supply Chain Transformation, Analytics & Siop Leader

This role will lead a transformation in coordination with stakeholders in operations, procurement, commercial, engineering, finance, and IT. In conunction with the Global Director of Supply Chain the Supply Chain Transformation, Analytics, and SIOP Leader will drive supply chain planning strategies across the enterprise. This role will lead the implementation of a forecasting review process in collaboration with commercial teams, and frequently review the consensus demand plan against Procurement and Production capabilities.  This role will define the procedures, tools, and MRP/ERP development necessary to achieve long term goals.  The SC Transformation leader will act as a liaison with IT and the Digital & Manufacturing Transformation Leader to implement tools (e.g. Forecast Pro, QAD, PowerBI, etc.) and dashboards to clearly and concisely report target results, KPIs, and progress to date. 

In addition, this roles provides leadership in all Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning processes.  With the support of the Global Director of Supply Chain, the goal is to transform the S&OP process, material planning, and inventory levels to enable profitable growth for Luxium product lines.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or similar field is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive supply chain experience and be well versed project management. Strong analytical skills and advanced computer skills are required. Experience with a variety of ERP solutions is a plus.

This position requires strong execution skills and will be focused on building relationships with various stakeholders and partners to achieve the desired outcomes.
