Internship Description:

The Supply Chain & Trade team leads SEIA's engagement on supply chain, trade, and sustainability efforts. The SCT team works with member companies to address business risks and build a domestic manufacturing base and reliable supply chains to support the expansion of the solar and energy storage industry and ecosystem. We need an intern to help with research, draft memos, prepare materials for meetings and events, and streamline department functioning.

The Supply Chain and Trade Intern will be assigned work on various projects related to supply chain and trade legal, regulatory, and policy issues. Strong applicants will have experience or familiarity with international trade and clean energy industrial policy. Undergraduate juniors and above are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research;

  • Drafting memos, comments, and other documents;

  • Proofreading

  • Participating in internal and external meetings and calls.

  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Outlook preferred

Compensation:

Working Conditions

  • This position is 20-25 hours/week

  • This internship is based in the Washington, DC office

  • Interns MUST be in the office on designated team days (3 days a week) and specifically on Wednesdays for cohort touch base.
