Work within the Supply Chain team that will beaccountable for the systems of Neiman Marcus distribution and fulfillmentcenters. The position will support the SupplyChain Transformation Manager in systems development, testing and implementationincluding order management, warehouse management and facility transformation.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Assist in the assessment of current and new systems in the fulfillment and distribution centers
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand processes within the fulfillment and distribution centers.
Acts as liaison between facilities and Information Systems to facilitate the gathering of information that will allow for a smooth transition from legacy systems while analyzing the needs of the fulfillment and distribution centers
Understand WMS and OMS systems and how they integrate into the supply chain throughout all facilities
Identify current and future system requirements for the Neiman Marcus facilities
Participate in the design and development of warehouse management (WMS) and order management systems (OMS)
Attend system requirement meetings for WMS and OMS
Assist with the creation of an implementation plan for all system transformation
Assist with user acceptance testing including verifying test scripts and facilitating testing
Partner with the Training and Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) Department to develop documentation as it relates to systems
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Warehouse Management and Order Management systems experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Possess vision and the ability to think outside of the box
Be able to embrace change and react to changing priorities on short notice
Excellent problem solving and strong organizational skills
Be creative and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Project management skills preferred
Ability to plan, multi task and manage time effectively
Must be proficient in MS Office
