Overview Title: Supply Chain Management Support Specialist

Share your talents by providing support for all levels of supply chain management operations. This position will support, OR Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing Operations, Acute and Non-acute facility Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse Operations, Senior Care Center Warehouse, and all other areas as assigned.

The position will also be working with both the Vizient and Multiview platforms extensively. Customer Service and Communication skills are a necessary component of this position and the ability to problem solve is needed in order to perform well at this position.

Requirements:

To be seriously considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • Education: Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS preferred

  • Experience:

  • (3-5 years) Inventory management, customer service, healthcare, warehouse, and project management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Multiview, Epic, Lawson, and Cerner Applications.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and experience with Lean process improvement management.

  • Customer Service skills and professional health care experience within acute and non-acute environments.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage deadlines as required in a team environment
  • Licenses/Certification: Must have a valid CO Driver's license within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish ongoing relationship to achieve the highest level of engagement with all departments

  • Coordinate with the Buyer, Warehouse Techs, and Supply Chain leadership to manage location products, strategies, changes and needs

  • Supporting all OR Supply Chain operations including purchasing, vendor management, stocking locations, inventory, interdepartmental communication

  • Friday

Shift: Days

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally (1-33%) - Sitting

Frequently (34-66%) - Standing, walking, reach across midline, handling, fingering, crouching/squatting, stooping, stairs, lifting (0-20 lbs), carrying (0-20 lbs) pushing/pulling (20-50 lbs)

Continuously (37-100%) - See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance

Compensation: $25.08 - $28.84/hr, depending on experience.

Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.

Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
