Job Responsibilities

Initiates and tracks all customer manufacturing orders for non standard sizes.
Processes all customer orders for non standard sizes filled from Distribution Center inventory.
Will supply the Finance Department with necessary billing information for non standard size orders.
Furnishes Distribution Centers with orders and destination data to ensure order shipment to the correct location and with the proper paperwork.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding order delivery status and availability.
Will create and send order confirmation letters and Purchase Orders to select full package vendors.
Will communicate with Suppliers and customers on a daily basis to verify order status.
Prints production schedules and shares that information with suppliers to ensure on time order delivery.
Maintains correct order status information, milestone dates and quantities in the AUS manufacturing Control System.
Processes Cost Center's trim inventory requests.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma.
Three years of customer service experience in a large corporate environment.
A proven self starter, multi-task oriented and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.Strong knowledge of MS Office including: Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Must be organized, and can demonstrate initiative and have strong problem solving skills.

The A220 Propulsion Supply Chain Quality Specialist acts as an expert on complex quality activities in order to protect Airbus production units in a sustainable way. The A220 Propulsion Supply Chain Quality Specialist is a key factor in the Quality performance of the supplier in the frame of new production introduction and serial production phase, by verifying compliance, quality maturity of the supplier and engaging in quality investigations and improvement activities. Primary Responsibilities: The mission of the Propulsion Supply Chain Quality Specialist is to: ● Bring quality expertise on preventive and corrective actions using appropriate tools and methodologies. ● To interface with supplier/sub-tiers and Airbus teams to achieve internal Quality performance targets of the assigned supplier. The main responsibilities of the position are: Quality Compliance (15%) o Secure compliance of our supplier with Airbus Canada Quality Management System (QMS) & industry standards o Support flow down of Airbus Canada Quality requirements (ASQR 4.6) and implementation by the supplier o Support/Lead Quality Production Plan (QPP) updates, compliance matrix and discussions with the supplier o Assess, declare supplier approvability/approval and perform Supplier Control Review o Support internal and external audits (Canada Transport Authorities, EASA) Complex Non-Quality Resolution (30%) o Ensure the adequate Quality methodology is applied to Non-quality issue resolution o Review 8D/9S and ensure conformance to AESQ AS13100 and ensure level of maturity - prepare, lead reviews and record results/progresses with the supplier - ensure 8D/9S completion as per standards and availability of evidences - Perform on-site visit as required at supplier/sub-tier to check evidences - update internal 8D/9S progress dashboard and coordinate with A220 Supply Chain Quality team o Support/Lead Notification Of Escapes (NOE), Airbus Disclosure Letter (ADL) and Safety Related Item (SARI) resolution. - prepare, lead reviews and record results/progresses with the supplier - Interface with Quality Department, Supply Officer Department and Engineering as required - Ensure 8D/9S completion of activities and documentation - Perform on-site visit at supplier/sub-tier to check for evidences - Present to SARI board the Root Cause and Corrective Actions and ensure compliance to timelines - Maintain the up-to-date internal dashboard and coordinate with A220 Supply Chain Quality team and Airbus Canada Stakeholders o Provide expertise on the relevant methodology & tool to be used (5 Whys, 8D/9S, Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin, ...) Attend Key Business Deliverable (KBD) assessment to ensure link with APQP tool - perform Key Characteristics reviews and check compliance with Airbus requirements - perform Process Failure Modes and Effects (PFMEA) reviews.
