Currently, we are looking for a Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst to join the ArcBest team. As a member, you will be responsible for establishing, strengthening and maintaining productive working relationships with key executives, projects leads and decision makers for our carrier partner network. The Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst frequently collaborates with Supply Chain Analysts on RFP, business awards and pricing strategy, the project management team on solutions design, the TMS configuration team on implementation of customers and carriers and load planning analysts to achieve desired results.
Your responsibilities may include:
Maintain master agreements with vendors to mitigate risk and improve yield.
Drive compliance via carrier authority reviews.
Lead and manage complex integration projects involving software solutions.
Complete score carding.
Conduct and summarize periodic industry research.
Prepare and present information to all levels of leadership.
Administer carrier QBR's, service reviews and SOP compliance with network providers.
Oversee the successful onboarding of new carriers, connectivity, portal training and drive carrier compliance.
Administer carrier services API credentials, monitor execution and reporting of carrier compliance.
Develop and grow collaborative relationships with business leaders across the organization.
Influence decisions on assigned projects within ArcBest and ArcBest Tech to achieve desired outcomes.
Act as liaison between the Financial Services freight bill audit team to minimize exceptions and facilitate resolutions between the Accounts Payable team and the carrier, when required.
Teach, train and mentor team members on how to translate complex track and trace requirements into usable data.
Lead the Managed Solutions team by continually improving processes, using LEAN supply chain principles, analyzing data to aid in process design, decision making and root cause analysis.
Establish objectives, strategies and best practices which support departmental product goals.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of various transportation modes including parcel, LTL, Air, expedite, truckload, intermodal and their role in the supply chain and logistics industry.

As a Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst, you will be a member of the ArcBest Yield: Managed Transportation team in Fort Smith, AR. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on work load.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or IT, preferred.
Minimum ten years' supply chain/logistics industry experience including: demand planning, warehouse management, distribution, shipping, execution, transportation, supply chain finance, freight audit and payment and business function and integrate within a TMS.
Minimum five years' leadership experience, with a proven track record of positive employee engagement and solid business results based on established goals.
