We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Security Compliance Advisor to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Austin, TX or Boston, MA or Mexico. The role will interface with Dell Global Operations partners and will be responsible for handling contractual security requirements and operational on-boarding for key suppliers, as well as driving partner accountability through security governance and metrics reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, coordinate, and drive supply chain security standards with logistics providers globally

  • Review, update, and maintain Dell Supply Chain Security Guidelines in accordance with TAPA & CTPAT requirements, and Dell security requirements

  • Consult and amend 3rd party logistics provider contracts, to ensure that Dell security standards are incorporated into said contracts and followed by liaising with global operations/procurement procedures for on-boarding LSPs.

  • Manage standardized courier onboarding assessments, coordinate scheduling and assignments, and capture findings and remediation plans

  • Drive courier compliance around adherence to contracts, security requirements, track & trace program

  • Capture supply chain metrics, provide analytics and data trend analysis


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Security, Supply Chain or related field

  • U.S. citizenship is required in order to meet U.S. federal compliance requirements

  • 1+ year security/supply chain experience

  • Contract and Project Management experience a plus

  • About 10% travel expected in this role

The SupplyChain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of allPOU areas according to the defined schedule. Requires ability to touch and differentiate textures andtemperatures. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare,and communicate reports through written and verbal means. Must be able to moveand/or lift up to 50 lbs. Work may be performed in an office, patient careareas, as well as, a stockroom/supply room environment. Work may be stressfulat times.
