This position is responsible to assist with various administrative duties for the Allocation and Replenishment departments as well as other departments within Supply Chain including but not limited to various data entry related task.
Provides assistance with Purchase Order (PO) creation as directed by the Inventory Specialist or Allocation & Replenishment Managers.
Assist with PO maintenance including tracking, updating and cancels.
Assist with processing Customer request including special orders and manual replenishment request.
Coordinates non merchandise sku creation and purchase order creation
Assist with automated PO faxing application and report distribution
Performs administrative functions for the Replenishment team i.e. ordering of supplies, Scheduling of appointments and general office duties for the department
Responsible for maintaining various department reports
Performs data entry duties required to support the Replenishment team and all other administrative duties as assigned by Replenishment Manager
Other duties as assigned by management.
