This project manger will facilitate supporting Nationwide initiative regarding 12 different medical procedures and determining the disposable items used in these procedures. Project includes;

  • Understanding data cards (ensuring updated and accurate information) and what items are used, considering the variances between doctors and standardizing processes. The project manager will facilitate a team focused on standardizing the disposable medical supplies used, ensure that the cost of supplies is within the benchmark range, and that products meet the high quality standards required.
  • The person must be able to lead and motivate a team of 15+ team members, facilitate meetings and be an expert on data and reports (advanced excel/tableau skills).
  • The Project Manager will interact with supply chain, finance, OR team and doctors.
  • Work in an OR environment (audit procedures as they take place in the OR).


  • Minimum 2+ years experience managing 5+ employees (please make sure noted on resume or comments)
  • Required. Project Manager, 2 years of experience
  • Required- Expert on data and reports - advanced excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience- HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Interact with supply chain, finance, OR team and doctors - huge plus.
  • Project manager or Operations experience within OR (Operating Room) environment - huge plus.
  • Understanding auditing procedures in the OR- huge plus. supply chain experience- plus.
  • Experience with data and reports tableau skills- Preferred (Will train if they don't know. They will pull data from Tableau). Active/Inactive clinical background (RN, MD, etc) a plus.


Salary: Commensurate with experience.

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-11T00:00 Product Analyst, Supply Chain Systems As the Product Analyst, Supply Chain Systems you will serve as a key support person for the Manager Supply Chain Systems and Product Owner of the Warehouse & Fulfillment Systems team. This position will focus on providing support, analysis, solutions research, and process improvement for supply chain systems and will support the supply chain operations team with developing and implementing supply chain best practices. What you will do: The Product Analyst, Supply Chain Systems will work with the supply chain and systems resources and other Product Analysts to support the development, testing, and implementation of systems and process changes. They will also be the primary owner and support person for the company's Warehouse Management System(s) portfolio (WMS), and will help lead the training and post go-live support for the business users and operations teams. This position will report directly to the Manager Supply Chain Systems and Processes. What you will contribute: * Serve as the primary owner and support person for WMS used by all Supply Chain groups, this includes internal and external users. * Support the supply chain systems manager and product owner in driving system enhancements and process improvement initiatives -- this role will focus on areas related to WMS and Inventory Management including reporting and configuration changes but will also provide support in other areas as needed. * Gather, consolidate, document requirements for supply chain systems and translate them into technical needs. * Work with and create SQL queries to support trouble shooting / triage activities. Own the support of escalated issues from issue prioritization, troubleshooting, resolution and communication and reference for future occurrences. * Document current and future state business process flows including SOPs for Supply Chain Systems projects and initiatives.
