As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will work with world-class talent to organize, visualize, and collaboratively drive complex problems to resolution. The right person for this role has a strong understanding of end-to-end hardware development, program management, and the ability to balance conflicting priorities while simplifying complex problems. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Establish and maintain aggregated program timelines for all divisions and products

  • Proactively identify and risks that need to be addressed

  • Establish and maintain Supply Chain Confluence pages to support and manage external communication across the organization

  • Establish and develop Supply Chain Visual Management System (VMS)

  • Dashboard (KPI's determined by leadership team, but establish dashboard, maintain, data accuracy, data pipelines...etc.)

  • Establish, maintain, and aggregate Supply Chain related product slides

  • Aggregate and highlight risks that need mitigation

  • Establish themes across products that need SC Leadership attention

  • Ensure SC related slides are ready/updated for product-related QBR reviews

  • Establish regular review cadence for SC leadership

  • Dashboard reviews (data and mitigations)

  • Product specific review (SC slides)

  • Aggregated themes

  • Identify and run kaizen events to improve process bottlenecks (i.e., PO approval LT...etc).

  • Support adhoc data requests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent

  • Background in HW development in an early-stage company environment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (throughout all levels of the organization)

  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize multiple work streams and manage competing priorities

  • Experience with process improvement, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing

  • Experience with SC IT systems and data analytics

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

US Salary Range

$140,000-$252,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
