Position Description The Supply Chain Analyst II, Network Planning will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of planning databases, reporting tools, dashboards and data analysis used in all Supply Chain processes (Demand Planning, S&OE, S&OP, Materials Management, Order Management and Long Term planning processes). Essential Functions: Attending Team meetings, multi-functional sessions to evaluate ad identify business needs and demands.

Consolidation of all plant production information (by SKU) into product groups, categorized by the S&OP. Support Capacity planning team in the integration of all new products, production lines and plants into S&OP tools. Engage with Supply Chain Managers to identify fixes and updates needed in existing tools.

Proposes fixes and enhancements to current tools. Maintains, improve, and update existing reports. Refreshes and publishes dashboards and KPI's.

Develop collaborative working relationships with supply chain functions, operations, procurement, sales and Co-Pack customers. Best practice development of key business process Integration of new business and technology Supports special projects and other assigned duties as required Required Skills and Competencies: Understanding of key Supply Chain concepts like MRP, CPFR, S&OP, VMI, and MRP.

Demonstrated problem solving skills breaks down problems and generates a range of solutions; thinks outside the box and uses ideas of others to help develop solutions; evaluates and acts on results of actions Ability to initiate, compile, analyze and provide accurate reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, SAP, Analysis for Excel/ BW reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Data driven, analytical with strong problem solving skills. Good communicator and strong team player who can work across multiple functions.

Ability to follow and hold team accountable to timelines and deliver results under guidance of direct manager. Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change. Relates well to people, resolves conflicts, understands and meets needs of business partners.

Consistently delivers results and demonstrates personal initiative and independent motivation to achieve goals and objectives. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in food/ beverage manufacturing, sourcing or supply chain highly desirable. SAP experience preferred.
