Job Description The Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is the focal point for all supply chain activities. The Factory SCP is responsible for factory execution, coordinates new program / product launches, and works to develop and implement factory supply chain strategies such as Point of Use.

Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. The SCP identifies and escalates issues affecting cost and schedule as required.

Utilizes system and process tools to achieve program / functional goals. Plans, prepares, issues and controls material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule.

Supports risk management activities impacting the value chain working with cross-functional teams. Ensures on time deliveries to maintain contract/internal delivery commitments.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years equivalent experience

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional, diverse team.

  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Progressing in a bachelor's degree in business or Supply Chain-related field

  • APICs and/or Six Sigma certification

  • ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other)

  • Ability to multitask and manage time.

  • Planner supports multiple programs and projects.

  • Current Secret Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
