ImmPACT Bio USA, Inc., is a clinical-stage company dedicated to the discovery of transformative chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies that address key biological challenges in treating cancer and autoimmune diseases. The company's logic-gate-based CAR T-cell platforms, licensed from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Technology Development Group, are specifically designed to deplete B cells, prevent antigen escape, and overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. The company's technology is based on the work of pioneering scientists Yvonne Chen, Ph.D., and Antoni Ribas, M.D., Ph.D., both from UCLA.

ImmPACT Bio is looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing team as Supply Chain Planner - (Contract). This position will report directly to the Director, Procurement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure availability of materials as per production schedules.

  • Monitor inventory levels and analyze usage patterns to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.

  • Generate request of orders and purchase orders and ensure timely placement with suppliers.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage delivery schedules and resolve any supply issues.

  • Generate and maintain accurate material forecast using Excel to track inventory levels, and procurement activities.

  • Utilize intermediate Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements) to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and procurement processes.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, purchasing, warehouse, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow and adherence to production schedules.

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to inventory control procedures and systems.

  • Create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to supply and demand

  • Prepare supply planning input into monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle and present to senior executives.

  • Lead/participate and contribute to daily/weekly organizational readiness meetings.

  • Create, update, and maintain master data records for BOM.

  • Initiate Change Control process for alternative raw materials as part of mitigation strategy to avoid shortages and stockouts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Material Planner or in a similar role within manufacturing or distribution.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas/functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NetSuite and familiarity with supply chain management software.

  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.

Worksite Location:

  • Onsite in West Hills, CA

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 15% (or more) of the time for business meetings and scientific conferences.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Salary Range

$48-$60 USD
