Title: Supply Chain Planner
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Position Summary:
The Logistics Major Account Support Plan (MASP) Analyst / Team Leader will be responsible for analyzing and determining the logistics costs, on the basis of the service variables to pre-sales activities (eg. opportunity/bid reviews) for new and existing customers. This position will also be responsible for developing MASP plans by analyzing Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and sparing requirements for the customer under maintenance, for Local, Global and Regional accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyses and forecast service logistics costs for new business through opportunity and Bid reviews
Implementation of Logistics Programs, processes and initiatives that affect financial, operational and service level results.
Develop and communicate programs, processes and policies that promote cooperation between Logistics and other NCR SPA (South Pacific Area), and NCR APJ (Asia Pacific / Japan) business units.
Coordinates Logistics support and new customer accounts and provides logistics support to NCR Global Service Logistics (GSL).
Plans Logistics support for specific customer accounts in order to:
Maximize targeted service level objectives
Optimize asset utilization
Minimize inventory investment
Plan and implement MASP activities for Local, Global and Regional accounts when demand arises.
Works closely with various personnel from Logistics, NCR WCS SPA teams, including Field Operations, Call Management Operations, Bid & Opportunity Management, and Account Management/Account Support, to design, implement and manage Logistics programs on selected major accounts. Coordinates all field inventory-related activities for these accounts during the start-up period and until such time that intensive management is no longer required.
Conducts objective setting / performance reviews with team members according to approved schedule
Is responsible for all training and staff inductions for new team members
Other duties as required and agreed upon by the Manager, APJ Major Accounts / Inventory Deployment

Education and/or Requirements Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
APICS or related qualifications are desirable.
High level of problem-solving abilities.
Proven and demonstrable Customer Service experience.
Team building experience.
Understanding of NCR SPA and where/how to obtain resources.
High level written and communications skills / Writes, speaks, listens, and presents information effectively and persuasively.

Skill Requirements:
5-7 years proven experience in IT Industry service planning, cost forecasting and spares management
Thorough understanding of the principles of Logistics, particularly in inventory management and planning.
Experience in a high volume and high cost parts environment.
Previous team leader or people management experience
Strong experience and competencies with Microsoft Office applications, especially Access, Excel, Access and Project
Experience in Inventory Planning, Forecasting and Financial Analysis
Preference for a large/ multinational company with exposure to large CRM system.
