The Supply Chain Operations Analyst collaborates with external / internal clients to execute procurement operations such as, Supplier Enablement, Catalog Enablement, Requisition Processing, Contract Upload and Maintenance and Master Data Maintenance. Develop and manage procurement operations pipeline, continuous improvement initiatives and ensure procurement solutions are addressing related client metrics and contracted SLAs for designated service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release orders and coordinate material supply and schedule for builds and upgrades

  • Execute the Procure to Pay, Process Review Purchase Requisitions PR , Request for Quotes RFQ , Create PO Root cause, Coordinate and resolve material delivery delays Work with New product Introduction teams to ensure material availability

  • Work with warehouse, accounts payable, & logistics to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts

  • Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders

  • Work with multiple stakeholders internal and external to make sure correct master data setups in systems

  • Work with multiple Business stakeholders Engineers, Planners, Business users and Strategic suppliers to communicate results to business stakeholders

  • Conduct root cause analyses and create Process Desktop Procedures

The Systems Analyst II - Operations serves as an IT liaison between operating divisions, vendors, customers and internal departments to achieve operational and IT objectives while continuously assessing opportunities for improvement to support business changes. The points below highlight the Systems Analyst II - Operations duties: Primary Duties: * Develops thorough understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) construction and functionality to provide pre- and post-implementation support including: advanced setup for the facility, systems configuration, user acceptance testing, associate training, functionality roll-outs, and systems audits * Work with Ops and Corporate IT to develop and submit Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for new IT change requests * Develops and presents new processes to leverage systems functionality and improve operational capacity * Partners with the Operation and site support functions to develop alternative business solutions to utilize the systems more efficiently and improve production and quality * Participates in the training of the site trainers on the use and maintenance of the WMS system while simultaneously assisting in the development of account specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Research and present to operations team new enhancements and WMS updates. * Coordinates with GEODIS vendors in the management and maintenance of external systems including warehouse control systems and shipping stations * Reviews system error logs, corrects the errors, and trouble shoots root cause * Monitors the primary warehouse terminal to provide transaction analysis and manipulation * Provides hands on user support for Operation associates and leadership including: configuring and troubleshooting RF guns, installing and configuring both IT-supported and non- IT supported software and all relevant updates, physical installation of desktops/laptops/printers, and all associated maintenance * Reviews system troubleshooting/change Work Requests from customer and/or Operations to assess for clarity, scope and level of urgency and completes, escalates or secures additional resources as necessary * Delivers after-hours support to dedicated accounts/networks and escalates facility-outages accordingly * Acts as first level support for EDI and ASN production issues to ensure transaction errors are addressed and/or escalated accordingly * Participates in workshops and monthly conference calls with national IT - Operations group and Corporate IT team, as applicable * Communicates annual IT Maintenance Schedule with both internal and external customers to prevent delays in production * Works with Operations and Service Desk to successfully submit and close service request, Change requests and issues including unlocking/resetting user's network accounts * Other duties as required and assigned Requirements: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field from accredited institution * Minimum 4 years related experience and/or training; or and equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience to include WMS configuration, implementation, and support in a distribution center environment with comprehensive knowledge of RF systems and equipment * Knowledge of Oracle SQL Db * Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including inventory control and configuration * ASN, EDI * Working Knowledge, Loftware, Bar code software's and Zebra Printers * PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access, Visio , MS project * Travel up to 40% required Essential Skills: * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form * Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests to ensure timely response to the users.
