The Supply Chain Operations Analyst collaborates with external / internal clients to execute procurement operations such as, Supplier Enablement, Catalog Enablement, Requisition Processing, Contract Upload and Maintenance and Master Data Maintenance. Develop and manage procurement operations pipeline, continuous improvement initiatives and ensure procurement solutions are addressing related client metrics and contracted SLAs for designated service.
Release orders and coordinate material supply and schedule for builds and upgrades
Execute the Procure to Pay, Process Review Purchase Requisitions PR , Request for Quotes RFQ , Create PO Root cause, Coordinate and resolve material delivery delays Work with New product Introduction teams to ensure material availability
Work with warehouse, accounts payable, & logistics to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts
Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders
Work with multiple stakeholders internal and external to make sure correct master data setups in systems
Work with multiple Business stakeholders Engineers, Planners, Business users and Strategic suppliers to communicate results to business stakeholders
