Supply Chain Manager The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in driving standard S&OP (Sales, Operations, and Planning) processes, supply chain strategies, cost containment, and enhancing material and supplier performance. This position holds direct organizational responsibility for all facets of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and meet organizational goals. Ensure supply chain processes achieve the highest levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Lead supplier development initiatives and oversee commodity strategy, including managing Terms and Conditions, and supporting negotiations for LTAs. Manage supplier relationships and optimize material acquisition to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards. Oversee master scheduling and production control processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations, encompassing demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and materials readiness.

Collaborate with SBU and operations center leadership to continuously assess operational plans and drive business improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Supply Chain Management within Aerospace and/or Defense industries.

Candidate must have experience leading an aerospace structural manufacturing purchasing team. This is a Must Have Experience in managing electrical components manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Demonstrated leadership skills in leading and developing teams.
