They are immediately needing an interim Inventory Controls Manager to lead to following task:

? ? Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices as designed by Inventory Control Fulfillment and Finance organizations. ? Initiate, coordinate and enforce SOP, operational and personnel policies, to maintain high standards in inventory tracking and control. ? Safeguard warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security, and integrity of inventory control and loss prevention procedures. ? Conduct and direct physical inventory counts, and scheduled cycle count activities to ensure integrity and accuracy. ? Maintain quality control team by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training new employees before admission to workforce. ? Schedule and assign employees to complete warehouse operational requirements and follow up on work results and performance within your functional team. ? Report KPI?s and operational results surrounding inventory quality controls to Warehouse and Operational Management, and Finance. Prefer: ? Inventory Control experience and Managerial reporting in warehouse setting. ? Supply Chain experience and understanding of financial controls over inventory. ? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting/Inventory or related field ? 7+ years? experience in inventory, fulfillment, distribution and operational procedures. ? Oracle Inventory, WIP and Warehouse experience required (R12 or equivalent). ? Proven track record related to process improvement and implementation of inventory controls. ? Proven leadership skills and minimum 4+ years of management experience leading a team with the ability to inspire and influencing both direct reports, peers and executive leadership.

JOB SUMMARY: Provides various levels of support and services to areas of the supply chain and operations, such as entering and processing information, working with carriers and providers to update information, track and trace details, and ensure service levels, and providing levels of customer service. The Supply Chain/Operational Support path has five levels of responsibility, Clerk, Specialist I, Specialist II, Specialist II, Specialist III and Specialist IV. Each level performs increasing levels of support and understanding of logistics and operational details, the complexity and scope of operation, and degree of internal and external customer service provided. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Summary: Provides more standard support to areas of the supply chain or operations, such as entering information, updating logs and files, and responding to internal and external customer or operational questions. Generally the information is more routine and accessible, basic tracking and tracing and involves performing basic office and clerical duties. * Enters standard and more routine data in software systems and applications. * Updates logs, documents and files to track operational, carrier and customer information. * Receives and reviews documents for accuracy, such as dates, times, location, counts and related information. * Responds to basic internal and external customer questions on the status of operations, accounts or services; escalates more complex needs as required. * Prints and prepares forms, labels, billing, invoices and related documents to ensure timely awareness for processing. * Assists with tracking orders and information through systems, vendors and related sources, such as arrival, times, confirmation and similar details. * Performs basic office and clerical duties, such as preparing and sorting mail, maintaining logs, answering and directing phone calls, and related activities. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Education & Certifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: * Clerk: Prior office experience is preferred. .
