Job Summary: As a member of the Supply Chain Department, you’ll ensure that the company’s supply meets the customers’ demand. You’ll help by overseeing FFP’s supply chains, ensuring on-time delivery. As a growing organization, you will support the efficiency of FFP’s supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. And, your communications skills will enable you to effectively simplify the analysis and communicate with leadership and customers. With your keen attention to detail and in-depth understanding of the delivery process, you’ll support customers and their overall experience with FFP. Plus, you can leverage your problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to improve FFP’s supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from forecast sales vs. actual sales
  • Complete commercialization process
  • Evaluate and report on KPIs
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
  • Maintain supply chain inventory and records
  • Train and guide employees
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
  • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
  • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
  • Liaise with sales and customer service to ensure orders are captured and are fulfilled
  • Periodically review inventory status and master data in ERP system

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Required:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant field of study.
  • Recommended: MBA, 3+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, Production, Supply, or Materials Planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power BI) and ERP systems
