The Supply Chain Manager leads the regional supply chain serving customers located in the North America and Northern Latin America (NALAN) areas. This role is responsible for managing the flow of materials, resources, and information required within supply chain to meet company goals and KPIs. This role will also be responsible for providing inter-company support to other Colorcon sites for materials sourced or manufactured within the NALAN region.
Working largely in a make to order manufacturing environment, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for implementing systems, processes, procedures that deliver better than 98% on-time shipments, ensure sustained improvement in inventory turns, and maintain optimal inventory levels using proven risk-based approaches. This position leads, develops, and supports activities with production, distribution, planning, inventory control, and other functions within the company introduce new processes and tools and to resolve bottlenecks and/or problems within the supply chain to better service the company and help to maintain high service levels to customers.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring the organization's safety standards, GMP, and Quality Assurance protocols are strictly followed. This position reports to the West Point, PA Site Director.
Responsibilities & Duties
Develop a strong positive team culture, in line with Colorcon's six values.

Provide effective leadership for the supply chain team.
Foster a collaborative culture to drive supply chain and company success.
Lead the Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process within the region, working towards improved forecast accuracy.
Oversee the planning and procurement of raw materials, packaging items, and materials for traded distribution.
Production scheduling of 6 manufacturing cells located at 3 operating site locations (West Point PA, Indianapolis IN, Stoughton WI).
Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the supply chain department.
Provide assistance to resolve escalated operational issues and lead the coordination between supply chain and other affected functional groups.
Optimize procurement practices and procedures to meet the needs of operating departments for MRO, Capex and sites supplies.
Maintain Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) levels for all areas to agreed target level.
Optimize inventory turns to meet agreed targets.
Evaluate master capacity and utilization and make recommendations toward longer term planning of capacity investment.
Ensure effective communication channels are maintained between the Supply Chain team and other departments.
Review and evaluate current processes and procedures to implement improvements in-line with Lean methodology.
Develop, plan, lead, and implement supply chain optimization projects to improve process and efficiency and maintain alignment with company goals and vision.
Ensure the company defined levels of GMP standards are strictly adhered to throughout the Supply Chain team.
Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction and take ownership of the product order to delivery process.
Manage a rolling customer forecast in partnership with the sales team.
Required Qualifications:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field required.
Professional Supply Chain Certification preferred. (e.g. APICS CSCP Certification)
Minimum of 8 years' experience in supply chain or logistics role.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain or logistics management role.
ERP system experience required; Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) preferred.
