Job Description

The ISC Delivery Integration Lead- Demand to Deliver (D2D) Logistics supports Mergers & Acquisitions activities for the ISC Delivery (Logistics and Customer Care) stream.

You are responsible for the successful integration of all logistics related activities for the acquired companies into the desired business model processes, and systems within the existing organization. Balancing global standardization with global, regional and/or functional needs of acquired company. This position manages the development and implementation process of projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. This position has overall project management responsibility.

In addition to M&A activities, you will be the subject matter expert (SME) when there are upgrades or replacements to existing process or business systems.

You will report within the Transportation and Trade Management Center of Excellence, the location is flexible globally within proximity to a Rockwell Automation facility.

What you will do

  • You will lead the functional review and activities to support successful implementation of the project.

  • You ensure understanding of existing procedures, processes, and organizational designs.

  • You participate in meetings (eg. Pre-Discovery-Discovery-Process Walk Through-Hypercare) related to the Project.

  • You are the interface with our teams and partners at multiple levels.

  • You will create/maintain standard templates to be used during the different phases of the project.

  • You involve others to assist where needed (e.g., super users to accomplish the Process Walk Through, providing the Training and subject matter experts on an ad hoc basis when needed)

  • You help manage WRICEF (Works Flow-Reports-Interface- Conversion-Enhancement-Forms)

  • You work with the Project Manager of each project to set the right priorities.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Engineering/Business preferred; other bachelor's level degrees or experience will be considered.

  • Segment, with previous experience of cross functional projects and end to end process implementation /improvement.

  • Minimum 8 or more years of business work experience with broad exposure to multiple business
