Identify systems capability gaps against operational requirements, and contribute to strategies for ongoing forecasting accuracy
Identify price discrepancies and alert FSC procurement and FSC distribution teams for resolution
Design, develop and implement initiatives that ensure integrity of all contract and pricing data in supply chain system
Work with distributors to ensure non contracted spend is identified data is entered into database to ensure correct pricing.
Audit existing items to ensure they meet current pricing requirement.
Work with Logistics Planning, outside logistic company and procurement teams to ensure supply lines are documented and correctly priced
Adhoc analysis as assigned.
Audit 4PL variance accounts for accuracy
The Supply Chain Logistics Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring pricing and contract terms are loaded correctly in the Master Data Management System and aligned with our partners inside and outside Focus Brands. A successful candidate will take an active role in the design and implementation of effective compliance of pricing through the logistics and supply chain system. The Supply Chain Logistics Analyst will play a critical role in monitoring and managing the system for accuracy of pricing within and outside of Focus Brands. They will serve as subject matter experts within the organization of contract compliance on supply chain and logistic systems. On a regular basis, this role will support Supply Chain, Middle Mile Manager, Final Mile Manager, Category Management, Distributors, and outside Logistics Companies. This role will play an integral role in incident mitigation and resolution to discrepancies on various issues of distribution and logistic areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems pricing, strong problem solving, analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills when interfacing across Supply Chain, Logistics, Focus Brands, and other entities inside and outside of Focus Brands.

Bachelor's in supply chain, logistics, or equivalent preferred
2-3+ year(s) of general experience
1+ year(s) of experience with Pricing and Contract Management systems
1+ year(s) of financial experience (GL coding and revenue/rebate monitoring)
Experience with audits
Knowledge of Supply Chain/ Contract Management/Pricing/Accounting/Logistics
Excel skills (modeling, goal seek, vlookup, index (match), pivot tables, nested IF statements
PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, PowerBI and other standard MS Office tools
Working Knowledge of ArrowStream Knowledge similar systems, and Restaurant POS systems or other industry tools
Knowledge of various Project Management Tools
Demonstrated ability to work under constant pressure in an undefined, ever-changing environment
