Description The management of supply chain is critical to our success and goals of ensuring that we supply the right product to our patients at the right time. Role Overview Reporting to the Manager, MSHS Pharmacy Supply Chain, this role will support process improvements and strategic initiatives related to the procurement & inventory planning of pharmacy medications.

Responsibilities Support the MSHS Inventory Planning & Procurement team that manages the replenishment of medications across the system. Support the deployment of inventory management practices that will achieve drug availability expectations in an optimal / cost-efficient manner.

Data analytics and reporting to generate key insights in driving Pharmacy supply chain performance improvement.

Key Focus Areas include, but are not limited to, Mitigation and management of medication shortages leveraging technology and predictive ordering processes Automation related to pharmacy stockroom inventory management, Pharmaceutical contracting and GPO optimization activities, New product introduction and lifecycle management of pharmaceuticals. Ensuring compliance with DSCSA provisions. Scope of Responsibilities Research and benchmarking of best practices in pharmacy supply chain optimization Analysis of Data, Developing Core Metrics and Reports for performance measurement Participate in the ideation / deployment / implementation of system SC initiatives Assessing and improving Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Mgt process & workflows Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age Strong Leadership:

The salary range for the role is $16 - $50 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need.
