As a CS Energy intern, you will work in a team environment to support projects and initiatives to deliver results. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for renewable energy. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible and capable of working in a dynamic team of professionals and a self-starter who can independently complete tasks on schedule and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Under the Direction of the Subcontracts Manager the Supply Chain Intern will get hands on experience in the subcontract management process from procurement through project execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the Subcontract Manager in tracking and managing claims

• Effectively routes, reviews, and tracks progress of change orders

• Assists in creating and maintaining subcontractor scorecards

• Performs research in support of the bid process and procuring subcontractors

• Helps create documentation and PowerPoint presentations for field training purposes

• Solicits necessary feedback from internal teams and external parties

• Supports in routing and tracking Purchase Orders

• Helps solicitates quotes from suppliers and reviews them for scope and pricing
