The Supply Chain Integrator will support the Director of Supply Chain in preparation for stakeholder coordination, internal and external engagements, and senior leadership events including development of presentation materials and coordination of detailed logistics

Position Responsibilities:

  • Update relevant metrics and provide analysis for leader level briefings

  • Track and monitor action items and metrics for functional area of support

  • Organize and coordinate internal, customers', teammates' and suppliers' activities and events

  • Coordinate, integrate, and populate Monthly Operating Review (MOR), quarterly Rolling Operational Plan Reviews (ROPRs), executive leadership team quarterly Strategic Reviews, and regularly scheduled Townhall events

  • Trade Show coordination of supplier engagements and white paper generation and distribution

  • Standardize requirements and formatting across multiple cross-functional teams supporting programs company wide

  • Manage meeting requests for the respective director relevant to work scope

  • Support cross-functional assessment of manpower requirements for Supply Chain and support group needs in alignment with current business, strategic pursuits, and operational initiatives

  • Communicate with functional team members on impacting activities and initiatives

  • Manage relevant SharePoint site(s)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with major in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or similar discipline, is required.

Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience creating presentations, reports, and metrics

  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities

  • Proven success in a data management

  • Proficiency working with specialized systems (SAP preferred)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong collaboration skills are of great importance to work effectively with customers and with representatives from other departments

  • Organization, planning and prioritization to effectively support a variety of assignments

  • Demonstrated ability to follow through with project plans

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • SharePoint Administrator experience

  • Executive Level Presentation Development Experience
