Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in an operating/line role, change management role or continuous improvement role

  • Supply Chain management, planning, logistics or warehouse experience is highly preferred

  • Experience with IT solutions and IT supported planning methods

  • Experience with web based solutions, mobile application development and integrated business planning, Always On preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics

  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Comfort with extensive travel (4-5 days a week)

What You'll Do

You will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build the strategies, capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver bottom line results and ensure those results are sustained. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful, hands-on contribution by managing projects and progress with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership. You will develop trust-based relationships with clients and be seen as a specialist in implementation and delivering results.

Work with clients to define requirements, operations mapping, workflow and data flow. Drive project team through the business process transformation cycle including process flows, solution configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing and client process training in line with system implementation best practices.<br /> <br />  <strong>Job</strong><strong> Responsibilities</strong><strong>:</strong><br /> · Conduct business process study for customers to meet their intended business problems or needs. Align the business process with best practice business processes used by SCA. Build proposal and business case for business process transformation using SCA applications. Define enhancements and scope of work where needed. Develop work-flow, data-flow, user roles, and configuration details to map the proposed business process into the SCA solutions.<br /> <br /> · Support sales team in the solution proposal phase for new prospects. Conduct client discovery sessions, industry research and develop solution outline to address the needs of the customer. Build and conduct software demonstrations for client teams along with industry experts and sales teams. Develop estimates for customer benefits related with proposed solutions using history available with prior projects and various benchmarking data. Develop implementation plans, business case and communicate them with the sales team to prospects.<br /> <br /> · Build supply chain strategy to meet business goals and improve supply performance. Use SCA solutions by building production, distribution, sales and financial model and populate the models to summarize the supply chain. Predict and optimize operations, capacity and cost impact under different scenarios. Synthesize results and analysis for reports and presentations. Communicate strategic planning solutions to the clients and assist them in implementing the solutions across their supply chain.<br /> <br /> · Implement business processes using SCA solutions to deliver the expected improvements. Develop and communicate proposals. Conduct core-team workshops, trainings and kick-offs. Present and document client business process, project reports and value metrics to customers. Ensure the effectiveness of the business process as intended and address gaps that compromise intended value. Present and deliver ongoing communication to clients as a part of the projects.<br /> <br /> · Conduct business process pilots for clients to validate the anticipated impact. Build and populate supply chain models using SCAPlanner. Conduct process mapping, training and deployment with the client pilot team.
