We are looking for an experienced and motivated project manager to join our Chief of Operations team to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of numerous projects to complement the People Organization. You will be responsible for driving select project scopes, budget, timeline, resources, and deliverables. Position will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and consultants. You will also ensure that the project outcomes align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and comply with the relevant practices, policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation to closure aligned with the People Organization.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, and track and report on key performance indicators.

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of MS Office application suite inclusive of BI, and Smart Sheet.

  • Advance Priority Projects: Talent Strategy, Diversity, Development, and University.

  • Conduct best in class research on Talent Strategies and Initiatives and present proposals to align with Supply Chain Academy as an anchor.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, and manage the dependencies, risks, and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the project objectives, scope, and requirements, and that they meet the quality and customer satisfaction standards.

  • Escalate and resolve any project-related problems or conflicts and provide timely and constructive feedback to the project team and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives and identify and implement the lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

  • Communicate and liaise with the project stakeholders and ensure that their expectations and requirements are met.

  • Evaluate the project outcomes and impact, and document and share project lessons learned and best practices.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the agenda, preparation, and follow-up of PO related team meetings.

  • Partner with workforce planning to team to analyze and synthesize data to support decision-making and reporting.

  • Equip select stakeholders to lead effectively by preparing best-in-class executive presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a related field.

  • At least ten years of proven experience in managing talent performance projects, such as HRIS implementation, performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, or learning and development.

  • Strong knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
