The opportunity

Our Supply Chain P2P Excellence and Technology team is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and support the digitalization strategy across Canada, US and Mexico. We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce analyst who has knowledge and experience in eCommerce platforms (OpenInvoice) executing vendor and client onboarding including enablement of price books and electronic field tickets among other eCommerce features. This individual must have the proven skills, competencies and capacity to effectively manage complex processes and diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Manage all aspects of designated eCommerce supplier on-boarding activities

  • Manage eCommerce relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify risks and potential issues while enabling vendors and processes

  • Support the creation and maintenance of OLA agreements, price books and use of electronic field ticketing

  • When available, manage B2B integration with selected vendors

  • Contribute to continuous improvement with endemic issues and as technology and requirements change

  • Execute and action reporting to monitor supplier performance following a set of predefined KPI's

  • Troubleshoot issues in the platform and collaborate with other departments if the issue is beyond our team

  • When required, develop an action plan for vendor or improvement when performance is low

  • When required, support other modules such as Ariba Contracts and general SAP Procure-to-Pay support

Minimum Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent related to supply chain technologies and data management

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in all aspects of eCommerce

  • Strong skills with Excel, SAP, and Power BI

  • Proven ability to extract data, convert data into insights, and execute action from it

  • Customer-oriented attitude with ability to understand and listen stakeholders in remote locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency enabling vendors in OpenInvoice (Formerly Oildex) and onboarding internal clients

  • Degree on: Engineering / Systems Design / Data Mgmt. / SCMP / PMP is an asset

  • Expertise in the use of SAP ECC (understanding of module interactions and use of queries)

The P2P Excellence and Technology team is accountable for the eCommerce platform. This system was rolled out 2 years ago and it is ready for a second wave of enables expecting to reach new levels of automation and compliance. This role will support the strategy described above.
