Position is for qualified candidate to support Delivery Assurance Organization of Supply Chain. Responsibilities include working with suppliers to establish project schedules that enable a recovery to Triumph's purchase order dates, coordinating with Triumph technical teams to assist issues at suppliers, integrate Triumph's procurement, operations and program teams to align a recovery path for supplier recovery and future sustainment. Position will require travel to suppliers as required, briefings to Triumph executives and customers, and daily coordination with stakeholders. Position will also identify issues with Triumph and supplier processes to escalate opportunities for continuous improvement.
Candidate should possess interpersonal skills and be comfortable to coordinate issues, solve problems, manage teams to meet critical performance and financial goals, and be a self-starter to deal with people and technical hurdles. Candidate should have ability to deal with negative issues daily and possess skills to provide paths to recovery in a cooperative manner with stakeholders. Candidate should have understanding and/or experience with scheduling and managing to a plan, Microsoft office, Project or equivalent scheduling tools, principles of risk management, technical experience in design, manufacturing, quality, and/or production operations.
The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10-15 years of program, project management, operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain experience at the functional level.
Exceptional communicator with the ability to gauge audience and tailor message
Proficient writing reports, conducting meetings and using MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Ability to travel to other Triumph Group sites, suppliers and customers as required.
